I was at the ethnic Food Show this year and was able to taste your Balti Masala Sauce. I was also given a sample which I duty tried at home and which was very good. I have give several sachets to friends and colleagues to try and they have ALL been impressed. Finally, for what it's worth, I wouod just say that one of the people I gave a sample to is from the Indian sub-continent and he is very keen on making all sorts of curry. He thinks, like me, that your products is very good. But then, I am sure you already know that."

 

"This week I tried your Balti Masala sauce after a visit to Wing Yip. Curries of all types/nationaliteis have been my passion for over 20 years. Your sauce is by far the nicest I have come across for home made dishes, hence I felt the need for an e-mail. It was the first one I have ever tried without an over emphasis on cumin, which seems to be the basis of "manufactured" mixes/sauces these days and it concentrated moer on the taste, rather than the ingredients. I will definitely be telling my firends about it!
